"Gwyneth Olofsson is an intercultural and language consultant who has lived and worked in Gothenburg, Sweden, for over twenty years. She was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, has an MA in English literature and postgraduate qualifications in education and in TEFL. After teaching in England and Singapore, she went to Sweden where she established Communico, a language and intercultural training company. She has written a regular intercultural column for the Volvo Group’s Global magazine since 1997, and is Infomaster for Volvo IT’s English language website.
