Our overdue introduction to our new interns.
Jessica Bonet is a second-semester senior at Emerson College majoring in Writing, Literature, and Publishing (WLP) and minoring in Marketing Communications. She has fallen in love with marketing after five internships in the field. But her love with giant puppies will always prevail! Jessica enjoys exploring Boston and New York, and has a thing for Frank Lloyd Wright. She hopes to move to New York after graduation and get a marketing job in a publishing house.
Marcy Harris is a second-semester senior at Emerson College majoring in Writing, Literature, and Publishing only because her first choice major, Supreme Evil Overlord and World Conquering, is apparently not an acceptable field of study. While Marcy may still be a writer at heart, she has come to adore the publishing industry after three fabulous internships and hopes to get an editorial job after graduating.
Victoria Kim aka Torie is a second-semester senior at Emerson College majoring in WLP. Although her first love was literature, the canonical structure of the Norton Anthology made her run towards the open arms of creative writing. When she graduates and enters the real world, Torie hopes to become employed by a publishing house. In the meantime, she’s working hard in her last semester, and highly recommends Saloon in Davis Square, Somerville as it is prohibition themed.
