Dr. Deborah D. Waddill is president of Restek Consulting, providing strategic planning assistance for the design of technology-enabled learning systems. Also a professor at George Washington University and board member of Eduplex Interactive, Dr. Waddill is an expert in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of technology-enabled learning solutions. She has managed and led large-scale technical and instructional design projects for clients including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and AT&T. Dr. Michael J. Marquardt is president of the World Institute for Action Learning and an international speaker and consultant whose worldwide clients include Nokia, Boeing, the World Bank, Alcoa, Caterpillar, Singapore Airlines, and the governments of Spain, Indonesia, and Jamaica. A professor of human and organizational learning, and program director of Overseas Programs at George Washington University, he is also the author of twenty-two books, including Organizational Learning, Action Learning in Action, Optimizing the Power of Action Learning, and Building the Learning Organization.
